Farmer Week

Will return Spring 2025!

Farmer Week is an annual celebration of our business school and the Oxford community. Each spring, BSAC chooses a theme relevant to the current business landscape. Previous themes include "Future of BizTech" and "Business as a Force for Good." This week-long event features engaging programs for FSB students and faculty to explore current business trends, network and socialize among peers, and give back to the local community.

Letter writing

BSAC hosts letter-writing events for different organizations for students who need a random act of kindness. This past semester, we wrote over 1500+ letters to the residents of the Knolls of Oxford. â€‹

Executive SPeaker Series

The Executive Speaker Series is a chance for BSAC members to help facilitate alumni speaker events, and also an opportunity to network with the Farmer School of Business alumni who speak at those events. The alumni who come throughout the semester for the Executive Speaker Series are from a variety of industries, companies, and career positions, so there are events for all types of Farmer students.

Red Mitten Campaign

Fall 2024

Help make a difference and get in the holiday giving spirit this winter with the tenth annual Red Mitten Campaign. The Business Student Advisory Council (BSAC) hosts the Red Mitten Campaign every winter to provide holiday gifts to underprivileged families in our local Oxford community at Kramer Elementary. Our contact at Kramer Elementary lets us know what is on these students’ wishlists this holiday season so we create an Amazon wishlist with every item. To support, please visit our Red Mitten Campaign page on the website to open the gift registry!
